Contact Name/Email/Telephone

This is the person who will be your contact person for all issues related to the initial setup-up of your account. This person must be fully responsible for knowing what type of server you need and for making paymnt arrangements. Once your account is operational you can give us separate billing and technical contacts. To begin with, we need exactly one contact person.

The contact email address must be a valid email address for the contact person. If there are any typing errors in this email address, our reply email to you will fail.

If the contact person's telephnone number is in the USA, include all 11 digits (i.e., 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx).. If the number is not in the USA, inlude the country code, and any city or region code, so that the number is suitable for dialing from overseas.

Address

A valid postal mailing address is required. An optional company, organization, or department name may also be included here.

Payment Type

We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, Paypal, and check or money order. Payment should be in US funds, but in some cases we can accept overseas checks/drafts—please inquire from us.

If paying by MasterCard or VISA, please select the corresponding radio button, and fill in your credit card information. We will contact you to confirm your order before we apply any charges to your credit card.

If you will be paying by Paypal, select the Paypal radio button.

If paying by check or money order, select the Check/MO radio button. After competing the order form, please wait for us to contact you before sending us any payment.

All billing is synchronized to the first of the month. If you sign up before the 15th of a month, your initial payment will be for the current partial month only. If you sign up on or after the 15th of a month, your initial payment will be for the current partial month and the next full month.

Paypal

Paypal is a payment service that many customers find to be convenient. Visit their web site at www.paypal.com. Using Paypal, you may pay via direct debit from your bank account, or by any major credit card. Paypal lets you pay us using credit cards (Discover, American Express) that we don't accept directly.

Dedicated Servers Terms of Service

In these Terms of Service the words "we", "our", and "a2i" refer to a2i communications.

Service is provided on an “as is” basis and “with all faults” and “as available.” THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Customer agrees to take reasonable steps to remain aware of official announcements made by a2i. Customer shall for this purpose either subscribe to our a2i-announce mailing list or read the same official announcements via any other available method, such as by browsing our announcement archives on our web site.
Customer shall be subject to these Terms of Service as they may be posted by a2i in revised form from time to time.
Customer agrees to take reasonable steps to avoid contributing to the problem of email spam on the Internet.
Usenet "spamming" is prohibited, defined as follows: "Five or more physically distinct Usenet postings, with substantially identical content, posted within a period of ten days."
Customer agrees to not initiate any denial-of-service attacks or intrusion attempts directed towards any machine or network except with the consent of the machine or network owner.
Customer agrees to not obtain or use any account at any other service provider for the purpose of committing network abuse that is prohibited by these terms of service.
It is understood that the a2i machines and networking equipment are accessible from the global Internet. They are not behind any firewall and are not intended for high-security use.
Customer supplies any confidential information to a2i or stores or transmits confidential information on a2i equipment entirely at customer's own risk.
Customer agrees that a2i staff may examine files, documents, materials, information, data, or network packets, stored on a2i machines or transmitted via a2i equipment, as needed to perform administrative or technical duties or to investigate suspected system intrusions.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel, without notice, the account of any customer who violates these terms of service, and to make the customer's identity and contact information available to any persons who may have been harmed or inconvenienced by customer's actions.
Customer agrees that if customer's account is not fully paid up but customer continues to use it, customer will be required to pay for all features included with the account and for all usage of the account at our published rates.
Customer agrees that any dispute that cannot be resolved without recourse to the courts shall be litigated only in Santa Clara County, California, United States, and only according to California law without regard to conflict of law principles. Customer agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, United States.
